  • Summary of the results of disaster practices
    • Practice objectives
    • Practice duration
      • Planned
      • Actual
    • Statements as to attainment of the objectives of the disaster practice
    • Identified shortcomings in the preparation for the event of disasters
  • In case the actual event of a disaster during the reporting period:
    • Description
    • Causes
    • Effects
    • Measures initiated in order to resume operation
    • Statements for the achievement of agreed Service Levels (e.g. recovery periods, ...)
    • Identified shortcomings in the preparation for the event of disasters
