Dr. Andrea Kempter, Co-founder of IT Process Maps, Owner Manager
Andrea's recent work has centered on service management (enterprise service management / ESM, IT service management / ITSM) and process management, with a special focus on ITIL® and YaSM®. She is contributor to the YaSM® service management model and author of IT Process Wiki (the ITIL® Wiki) and YaSM Wiki (the Service Management Wiki).
Prior to starting IT Process Maps in 2006, Andrea worked in the fields of strategic HR management/ business process management. She also worked as Head of Business Intelligence and Geographical Data Services for the largest automobile club in Europe. Andrea started her professional career at a leading consulting firm in the sectors of energy and water management, transport and logistics, telecommunications, local government.
Andrea holds a Master's degree in geography from Leibniz University Hannover and PhD in soil sciences from the Technical University of Berlin.
Andrea and Stefan Kempter are the creators of the the YaSM Process Map, the YaSM - ISO 20000 Bridge, and the ITIL Process Map, on which this Wiki is based.
