  • Running and planned measures related to adjustment of Service capacities and performance
    • Service name
    • Person in charge of the IT Service
    • Person in charge of the capacities/ performance adjustment
    • Description
    • Reason/ business case for the measure
    • Costs and resources
    • Target date
    • Status
