While some Technical Management activities are covered by various ITIL processes, others are not - which is why at IT Process Maps we decided to introduce a Technical Management process as part of the ITIL Process Map V3.

This ITIL Technical Management process contains all Technical Management activities not included in other ITIL processes. Technical Management activities embedded in other processes are shown there, with responsibility assigned to the Technical Analyst role.

No sub-processes are specified for ITIL Technical Management.
