  • Contents/ description of the Releases
  • Reference to Change Record
    • Initiator of the Change
    • Short description of the Change
    • Reason for the Change to be implemented (Business Case)
    • Effects upon:
      • Business areas on client-side
      • IT Services
      • IT Infrastructure components (CIs)
    • Persons in charge of the implementation
    • Planned implementation date, itemised according to
      • Development phase
      • Test phase
      • Rollout
      • Where necessary, reference to more detailed implementation plans
    • Present progress of the Rollout
