Checklist Category: Checklists for Availability Management
The Availability Improvement Plan contains summarising information about measures, aimed at improving the IT Services' Availability:
- Running and planned measures for Availability improvement
- Service name
- Person in Charge of the Service
- Person on charge of the measure to improve the Availability
- Description of the measure
- Reason for the measure (e.g. recognised vulnerabilities with a potential influence on Service Availability)
- Target values for the Availability to be achieved
- Target date
- Status
