- Target date
- Status
- For each measure
- Summary of the results of disaster practices
- Practice objectives
- Practice duration
- Planned
- Actual
- Statements as to attainment of the objectives of the disaster practice
- Identified shortcomings in the preparation for the event of disasters
- In case the actual event of a disaster during the reporting period:
- Description
- Causes
- Effects
- Measures initiated in order to resume operation
- Statements for the achievement of agreed Service Levels (e.g. recovery periods, ...)
- Identified shortcomings in the preparation for the event of disasters
