The Availability Improvement Plan contains summarizing information about measures, aimed at improving the IT Services' Availability:

  • Running and planned measures for Availability improvement
    • Service name
    • Person in Charge of the Service
    • Person on charge of the measure to improve the Availability
    • Description of the measure
    • Reason for the measure (e.g. recognized vulnerabilities with a potential influence on Service Availability)
    • Target values for the Availability to be achieved
    • Target date
    • Status
