The Capacity Report is a preliminary document to the Service Level Report:
- For all IT Services
- Details of Service capacities
- Agreed capacities
- Measured capacity usage
- Details of performance
- Agreed performance
- Measured performance
- Trend analyses
- Expected increase/ decrease in the demand for Service capacities
- Threshold values, whose attainment trigger the start of measures for the expansion of Service capacities
- Details of Service capacities
- Incidents leading to reduced Service capacities or performance
- In the past (prolonged Service failures etc.)
- Type of the incident
- Causes
- Counter-measures for the elimination of the failure
- Measures for the future avoidance of similar failures
- In the future (i.e. planned prolonged downtimes to Services)
- In the past (prolonged Service failures etc.)
- Analysis of the effects upon IT capacities by
- Changes/ additions/ cancellations of IT Services
- Forthcoming Changes
